Experiential Therapy Group meets on Wednesday mornings, Tuesday evenings or Thursday evenings. All are biweekly. Referrals and inquiries are welcome.
These co-ed and all-women groups are for those who need emotional and spiritual recovery from:
- anxiety or depression
- grief and loss
- trauma and abuse
- unresolved shame
- relationship issues
- addiction or compulsive behaviors of any kind
Experiential small group work helps develop new skills that can change recurring patterns from unresolved emotional wounds. It helps the individual move beyond defenses, access feelings and find an authentic voice in relationships.
MEETING TIMES: Wednesdays biweekly 8:30 – 11:30 AM (next opening September 14, 2011) or Tuesdays biweekly 5:30 – 8:30 PM (next opening January 3, 2012) or Thursdays biweekly 5:30 – 8:30 PM (next opening TBA).

FEE: $125 per three-hour session. $120. check or cash.
COMMITMENT: Six month personal and financial commitment with 2 free passes.
FACILITATOR: Joan Furman, MSN, AHN-BC, CET II, who facilitates groups in Tennessee, Arizona and Mississippi, where she leads intensive experiential therapy programs. Joan has a private counseling practice and leads other groups in Nashville, TN.
